Terms and Conditions for Ulysses Hypnotherapy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ulysses Hypnotherapy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Irene Archer, trading as Ulysses Hypnotherapy, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. By booking or attending a hypnotherapy session, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Irene Archer offers hypnotherapy services for personal development, stress management, and other therapeutic purposes. Sessions are conducted in person or remotely via online platforms.
3. Booking and Payment
The initial consultation takes place online and is free of charge.
All subsequent appointments must be booked in advance by contacting Ulysses Hypnotherapy directly. Online booking is not currently available. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
If you pay in advance for a course of sessions, you agree to commit to the full course of therapy. The amount paid for the course is final and non-refundable.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. However, there are exceptions where disclosure is required by law or when the therapist believes there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
6. Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. The results of hypnotherapy cannot be guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ulysses Hypnotherapy and Irene Archer are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of hypnotherapy services. Clients use services at their own risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Irene Archer reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Ulysses Hypnotherapy website.
