I’m really proud to now be a sponsor for Kay Penrose Toms, a dedicated member of Stamford Rugby Club. Women are important in making a difference in society, and this girl certainly can!
Kay juggles a full-time career in the healthcare sector with family life and her passion for rugby – and she still finds time to bring home trophies (and the odd injury!). Her drive and determination are truly inspiring, showing what’s possible when you follow your passion.
As a hypnotherapist, I know just how powerful the mind-body connection can be in sport. Hypnotherapy can play a big role in recovery and injury prevention, helping the body to heal more effectively by reducing stress and promoting relaxation. It can also enhance focus, confidence, and performance, allowing athletes to stay calm under pressure and visualise success before it happens.
Supporting women like Kay means supporting resilience, balance, and belief — on and off the pitch. Here’s to strong women in sport, achieving more every day, and proving that mindset really does make the difference.
